What is an Oscillating Hoe?
Put simply, one of the best tools available for chemical free weed control. Because of the minimal effort required to achieve great results the main advantage is that there is no bending or kneeling required.
The stainless steel oscillating or stirrup hoe works on both the push and pull motion by cutting and pulling weeds just under the soil surface so as to not disturb nearby plants and surrounding soil life. The backwards and forwards motion rids the blade of any weeds which have built up, the oscillation action ensures the blade is at the optimum angle to the soil.
The width of the blade is narrow enough to fit between most crop rows but also wide enough to cover a lot of ground quickly and efficiently.
