In this casual role, you will:

• Assist both in-store and online customers with product information and queries
• Handle sales transactions efficiently
• Receive and replenish store stock, ensuring everything is well-organized.
• Maintain the store’s visual appeal
• Pack and ship online orders with care
• Update and manage inventory and online store systems

Your previous retail experience and proficiency with relevant software systems will be clearly evident in your CV, demonstrating your ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities with exceptional customer service.

You’ll also showcase your knowledge and the practices you use to minimise your environmental impact, along with your skills in composting, soil regeneration, and gardening. A solid understanding of Permaculture Principles and Ethics, supported by a Permaculture Design Certificate or similar qualifications in Horticulture or Landscape Design, will be highly regarded.

Excellent communication and writing skills, strong PC abilities, attention to detail, and the flexibility to work weekends as needed are essential for this role.
