Sleep Tea Ingredients:

Wild Crafted Jilungin, Organic Lemon Myrtle, Organic Hibiscus, Spearmint, Freeze Dried Strawberry, Organic Raspberry Leaf, Blue Mallow Flower, Lemon Balm, Organically Grown Aniseed Myrtle, Organically Grown Native Lemongrass, Organically Grown Strawberry Gum Leaf, Organic Passion Flower, Natural Strawberry Flavour, Natural Raspberry Flavour.

How to Use Native Sleep Tea:  

• Add 1 large teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water, allow to brew for 10-15 minutes.
• Enjoy it before bedtime.
• Drink tea hot or set aside to chill.
• Can be rebrewed three times but will be weaker in flavour although still containing minerals, vitamins and antioxidants.
• Also a great addition to iced teas, mocktails and baked goods.
• For iced tea steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.
