hannahpad - Reusable Organic Cotton Pads:

A natural, toxin-free period care option. Comfortable, reliable and reusable, hannah:PAD organic cotton menstrual pads are a modern take on an old-fashioned method of period care. Compared to disposable choices they are better for the Earth, better for your skin and more cost-effective long term.

Each hannah:PAD is made from a series of unbleached cotton layers, making it supremely soft and highly absorbant. The floral patterned layer has an inner waterproof TPU coating (bonded without chemicals) to prevent leaks. Floral patterns may vary, but all are gorgeous.

Washable menstrual pads are not just for use at home. Consider carrying a day's supply of hannah:PADs with you when out and about, and store used pads in a PaulaW Reusable Wet Bag until you get home. 

Materials:

• Certified organic, unbleached cotton
• TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane)
• Silicone dots to prevent slippage for smaller pads
• Recycled plastic buttons
• Kraft paper box and wrapping
• Free from chemicals and additives
• PUL free

Care Instructions:

Rinse, lather with natural soap, soak in cold water for 6 hours or overnight, then machine or hand wash and dry in the sun when possible. Dry completely before storing.

• Do not bleach
• Do not use fabric softener
• Tumble drying not recommended

Eventual Disposal:

With care, hannah:PADs have a lifespan of 3 years or longer.

• organic layers are compostable and biodegradable
• plastic #7 buttons may be recycled
• outer patterned layer with TPU coating should be discarded in household  landfill bin
