Copper Tongue Cleaner Directions For Use
Use daily, in the morning. Hold handles and gently scrape curved section from the back of your tongue to the front as many times as needed to remove tongue coating.
Do not go too deep. Rinse the tongue cleaner after each stroke and rinse the mouth with water and spit out. After use, rinse the copper tongue scraper with water and store in a dry area.
