We are delighted to have received the Town of Victoria Park's Community Connection Award at the 2021 Town of Victoria Park Business Awards at Perth's Optus Stadium on Friday 4th June.

We are surrounded by a wonderfully supportive and diverse community in Vic Park who have stood by us through the last twelve months of pretty challenging times. We do feel highly connected with this community and fortunate to be on this journey for the Earth with them. A couple of photos of the night.

It was a fabulous event all round for us as the majority of the other business award winners are a close part of our community too, and also have purpose driven businesses related to community and the Earth's health.

Joni and Jethro Sercombe from St James Supply Co supply us with plastic-free soap, shampoo and conditioner bars and were rewarded for their hard work with the Best New Business award. 

 All of their products are soap-free, biodegradable, vegan, and palm oil free, with no SLS, no sulphates, no silicones, no phthalates, and no parabens.

Our friends at Social Manna took out three very well deserved awards including the coveted People's Choice Award. We simply love their community building business and appreciate their delicious seasonal recipes that they have shared with us for our readers to enjoy.

The Archer St Physiotherapy Centre were award winners on the night and are also firmly focused on community and the Earth's health. They have wonderful initiatives for the less fortunate members of our community and support ocean cleanup projects. Best photo too!!

A big shout out to The Essentials Collectivewho provide personal items for our vulnerable community members, and to Westbooks who were inducted into the Hall of Fame in recognition of their valuable contribution to literacy to cater for and include all people and their diverse needs. 

We met the fabulous team behind the Carlisle Collective too and look forward to increasing our connection with this wonderful community driven business.
